The Vermont Association of Conservation Districts is a non-profit umbrella organization for Vermont NRCDs to assist and provide support for state-wide initiatives, policy development, and partner collaborations. The Vermont Association of Conservation Districts (VACD) also has a variety of programs available for landowners on a continual basis. Agricultural Resource Specialists and Land Treatment Planners are staffed throughout the state to assist farmers with Vermont’s Regulated Agricultural Practices.
Lamoille County NRCD is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Lamoille County NRCD
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
